CHANGE ADDRESSES

Customers need to inform the company in case of change of address. This is because customers who change address need a new contract since the recorded subscription number on their contract refers to the installation at their premises.

The customer will need to write a formal letter addressed to the Customer Service of their respective Branch requesting the transfer, the subscription number of the new premise they intend to occupy, their name and the intended date when consumption is expected to commence.
